She places great importance on creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing space in which clients can feel encouraged to bring their whole selves to therapy, develop a deeper understanding of their experiences, and learn ways to reduce their distress.
Brett is a registered psychologist and offers an integrated therapeutic style, focused on value collaboration, self-discovery and lifelong learning.
Rachel’s areas of interest include Relationship & Family Issues, Work Related Stress, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), gender issues and working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
She has also participated in Certification Consultation Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and uses Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her therapy work.
Aaron is a registered psychologist with a compassionate and warm approach. He creates a safe, supportive space in which clients can feel comfortable bringing their entire selves to session without judgment, and where they feel empowered to explore the full depths of their experiences.
Beau practices at Macquarie Street on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. There is currently a waitlist for his services.
Beau is a registered psychologist with both academic training and real-world experience. He has considerable experience working with clients from the LGBTIAQ+ community, and is passionate about bringing mental healthcare to all men, wherever they are at on their mental healthcare journey. He has an empathic, pragmatic, and collaborative approach that combines cognitive-behavioural therapies (CBT) like Schema Therapy, with Acceptance and Commitment Practices (ACT), as well as Motivational Interviewing.
Julia is a registered clinical and forensic psychologist and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Julia is an LGBTQIA+ friendly practitioner and adopts a non-judgemental and person-centred approach to working with clients. She offers assessment and therapeutic intervention services for both clinical and criminal/legal matters and has experience working with various presentations and psychosocial difficulties.
